This site is down for maintenance
You will get this message when the site is displayed offline due to maintenance.
Disable maintenance mode via configuration.php
You can put it back online by setting $offline from "1" to "0" in configuration.php.
Disable maintenance mode via general settings
If you still have access to the administrator area, go to "System > General Settings".
There you set the option Website Offline to "No".
